★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it seems to be a promising project by kings farms, the plantations like mango, water apple, soursup, Pomegranate, papaya have yielding, and all plantations like coconut trees are up to the yielding level, and the location is very lively and close to the village not very out skirts from main Mysore ooty highway, it should be 2 to 2.5 kms from highway, the best part is the concept of traditional village type farmhouse stay which is yet to be constructed, it has full drip irrigation for all plantations and there is a lake very next to the property and a dam water channel just opposite to the entrance gate which promises no shortage of water all time. We reached the project in 2.40hrs from Bangalore. Overall a nice concept to give it a 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A farm with yielding fruit trees and traditional culture. It make us to feel fragrance of organic and if you see the place is well connected to the Ooty Mysore highway.
There was a Chanel on the front side of the property and the lake adjacent make more sense for a farm to survive for long time and it seems to be from the dams located near by as per the village man.
Overall a nice planned organic farm with village nature, its good for nature lovers and people love traditional cultivation style

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice fruit trees, nice breeze a village atmosphere around 2 Km from the highway.
The village near by is having a pond and water Chanel with natural atmosphere. The farm is surrounded by cultivation lands, but there is no fruit farms around and the place is ideal for weekends. There is no vegetable cultivation or any other corps other than Mango, Guva, Crusted apple, banana, coconut trees are yet to yield, and there are variety fruits in off season may be. Its having good water source in the belt as i could see channels in and around the areas with water.
