Eco resort in true sense (not just like others who plant a few trees and pretend to be eco). No packaged bottles, minimal single use stuff.
Excellent staff. No cheesy behavior due to no tip policy. Took care of every little thing.
Special shout out to naturalist Raju Gurung who could tell every single living thing (trees, butterflies, birds) both common and scientific name.
Now I wish Pugdundee had a resort everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the most memorable trip in long time for my entire family. The service and food provided by the team managed by Amitji was excellent. Special mention should be made of Omkarji, Rajjuji, Pratikji and the most important person Reshamji the master chef who served the most scrumptious food just like home for all of us. Will revisit the property soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best eco-friendly resort. Excellent hospitality by Amit, Omkar and the dedicated team. Not to miss mentioning Umesh who ensured that we are taken care off during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. A must visit place. The rooms (cottages) are on first floor and are quite spacious and clean. The housekeeping cleans your room atleast thrice a day and the best part was that they gave hot water bags during night which was much required after safari for a good sleep. Even for Safari, they give you blanket and for morning Safari they also provide hot water bags so that your hands don't freeze and delicious breakfast. my vote is 100/100

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service, stay and the rooms were excellent. The food and the service was excellent. The staff was so helpful and friendly that I felt at home. I travelled with a 3 1/2 year old which is always hard but they made it really easy. The food was really tasty. They had some or the other things planned for the evening to entertain everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The God of small things! Had a pretty good experience at this place. Be it about the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Those little things they do extra to make you stay very comfortable. The blanket during the safari, the hot packs at night, the documentaries before dinner, the adequately stocked bar and the parting packed lunch. When they do these little things without you asking for it!
