★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased around Rs 30000 worth of sarees and among them Rs 12000 worth of sarees are ruined! Worst shop in Rajkot for shopping any kind of ethnic wears, sarees.very much unreliable! they Don't worth even a single penny of your hard earned money.
Once you check the saree and pay for it ...and then when you go to collect them ...there is sudden appearance of defects ! God knows how! The defects or the faults which were not there on the saree when you chose those and paid your money for those . ...they don't have proper/valid answers or explainations for their own mistakes.
Once you paid the price forget about customer service! (They won't provide any once you pay the bills! ) Their attitude before you pay the bill and after that when you come to collect your products takes turn of 180° ! (In the worst possible way!) ..some of them even mock at the customers and make fun of them by laughing when they are leaving with their ridiculous explainations.
I had Worst experience in Rajkot for saree shopping in both of their shops .
There are so many much much better options available (with good customer service and authenticity!)
I am giving 1 star as there is no option available for 0 star !
I have purchased Rs 30000 worth of sarees from their shops and around rs 12000 worth of sarees they have ruined . (Yes literally ruined..!)
In Some of them there were mistakes in fallbiddind and in some they have black stains (I had checked all of the sarees before paying for them.. the stains which were not present at the moment of purchase..they appeared miraculously at the time of collecting them afterwards!!!) and they don't even have the audacity to accept their mistakes. They are so much cunning that they even laugh with eachother when the troubled customers leave . ( ofcourse troubled by their behaviour and services and cunningness! )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience here. The quality of fabric is just third class. If you buy something from here and the very next day if your fabric gots torn don't be surprised. This is what they sell . And also if you call them for the complains they will talk to you so rudely. Like do whatever you can. I regret buying clothes from here. I would request you to think twice before buying anything from here. Total waste of money. Local vendors sells good quality fabrics then KIRAMI. I wish I could give 0 stars if there was an option. Once they got money they forget there customers.
