I have done 3 blood tests here, they took 2 blood samples and then called me for providing another blood sample for 1 blood test.
When I refused for providing blood sample and they agreed to provide me refund.
It's been over a month and I am still waiting for refund. Someday their receiptnist is on leave some times accountant is on leave.
Why do customers suffer due to your leaves? Have some basic planning and value your customers.

They don't know what they are doing.
I asked them if they even took x-rays of animals. So said yes. When I took my dog there, the dog's nails were broken due to their negligence.
