★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to inform that my laptop is running very slow... I was of the opinion that I might need to run a format once and max - increase my RAM.
WHEN I called Kiran IT systems, they guided me correctly to not change RAM or any other. I was proposed to change my 1TB HDD to a 120 GB SDD ( a better yet cheaper option).
It was indeed a valuable advice and a solution as I could get to use my old HDD as an external drive.
Its hard to believe, the whole of above was resolved in 2 hrs and there was no data loss or recovery kinds of issues..
Much appreciate quick rssponse and customer service guaranteed.
