★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very old customer of Kirana Ghar.Still,I am planning to stop buying from Kirana Ghar.Staff is Good.But the owners son or I think he is his younger brother is rude and arrogant.His attitude towards customer is like customer is getting the goods for free.I don't know what does he thinks of himself.People like him should not forget that buiseness flourishes because of customers.The owner is nice in nature.Staff Iis also good.I think if people are quiting Kirana Ghar,then,it must be because of the above said arrogant person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now during lockdown kiran ghar at Nehru Nagar bus stops is open for all the groceries and daily supplies. Form a proper queue for billing please make sure u have lost ready for order once billing is done u need to wait for an hour to get your supplies ready .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude people, rude cash collector person. They dont even respond you if u ask something to them. They are very careless towards you if u take less amount of stock. They are mostly money oriented and 0%customer service. Sales people are very much in hurry. They need big customer with big orders. If you take less grocery then they will behave like they are giving it for free to any beggar. Very bad experience. No card is accepted below 250 rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our regular grocery store. Fairly priced items with good variety for choice. Discount on mrp and a voucher for purchase on every Rs. 1000 which can be redeemed at the end of the year for an assured gift.
Also provide home delivery but better order early on weekends due to heavy demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is so rude, i have returned knorr souce pizza ans pasta 200 gm rs 55/- and on behalf of this i purchase funfoods mayonnise 275gm.of rs.76.,
The counter girl gave me new bill but i have asked her for my old bill to give back and she asked to owner for the same. Owner rudely said " Ha dedo purana bill dedo or bhi bill dustbin me pade honge wo bhi dedo."
I feel insulting in the shop.
Is i did wrong thing i have purchase many items in old bill only i have returned one thing thats the reason i asked to give back the old bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just beside the main road.... This shop is very well Maintained... The goods are of good quality and are very inexpensive too...... They provide home delivery tooo.... The service is just okay because only some workers are good and else are very arrogant and inexperienced......

I buy most of my groceries from a shop close to my place. I come to Kirana Ghar only for certain items that are unavailable at that shop.
Kirana Ghar has a really wide variety of items - and for each item there is a choice, e.g. for peanuts there are four types. Prices are OK. I normally come here in the afternoon when there is no crowd. They also stock some spices (kababchini, dagad phool etc) that are not available in most shops. Also have many red chilly varieties.
If I lived closer I would have bought all my groceries here.
