★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always wanted go give 5 star as the doctor do his job tremendously well, but giving 3 because of the receptionist's rudeness and the patient handling in covid situations, I do not see any precautions being taken. They are allowing patient families and at a time more than 12-15 people waiting in small reception area, when I asked the receptionist as my father is old aged person and I would like to wait outside until our turn comes, she rudely said that she won't call out us, what's problem in staying here. My point here is if doctors won't take utmost precautions then how can we expect from normal citizen. Here by I request doctor to consider this message as personal request to increase the safety over covid. Thanks
