★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuber Logistics is a cheater organisation made by some goons, having area wise local goon's tie-ups to loot people who wish to transport their luggage from a city to another. They don't even deserve 1 star.
I had booked Kuber Logistics from Kolkata, Newton to Mumbai Miraroad costing 26,500/- full paid advance including 4000/- as Insurance of my electronic good like TV, fridge, washing machine, 2 ACs and Owen.
They didn't do insurance but took money for it, and delivered material IN FULL BROKEN CONDITION.
Following materials were broken while delivering to my Mumbai home.
1. TV Screen broken fully. - costed me 15000/- for 32inch screen replacement.
2. Fridge base 1 leg absolutely broken like fallen from height. Costed me 9500/- of repair.
3. Both AC outdoor units were damaged costed me 12,000/- of repair cost in local (Lloids were asking 23,000/-)
4. Owen - 5000/- repair cost.
5. Full crockery broken - had to buy all new crocker worth 7000/-
6. 1 box out of total boxes was lost by them - they only know what was there in the box as they only had packed it.
The delivery team told me to contact booking buy at Kolkata who started assuring reimbursement of losses through insurance, hence I let go the delivery team.
Since then till today its 2 years I am following up but no response.
I tried consumer forum Mahim and Bandra office also, but they are so damn lazy and non cooperative as if they were supportive to Kuber Logistics.
Finally I Gave Up.
