Don't rely on their sale's man for information about any appliance they don't know anything.
If you want to buy any electronic item better do your own homework, because once you buy they have no return policy even if it is mistake on their side .
( Wrong information given by sale's man and you buy product on that biases.)
I will never recommend this store to anyone , better buy online atleast they have 15 day return policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought IFB washing machine on 24th feb, in next 4 day's machine stop working so I raised concerned to kirti electronics sales person Nadeem, he said he will check with IFB company, but till date no revert from Nadeem and he is not bothering to answer my call. Poor after sales service by kirti Electronics Kalwa.
