 This company is a fraud, do not buy anything from it, the manager here has kept me sitting for 4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kisan kraft 's Jaipur office has worst staff, I have ever seen in any company. Zero response to customer, lackadaisical attitude. I am surprised what some found in that manager when he was selected , his couldn't care attitude is determental to otherwise a good company, he has no control over his incompetent staff, the worker's like these bring down the companies reputation. Paid money 5 hours before to get parts for a Bush cutter, waited 30 minutes for parts which came only when I approached the company. The parts were not what was paid for. Sad state of affairs..I wish the company will take cognizance of it.
