★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospitality I have ever experienced in my life, worst service and staff of the hotel is so rude that they even do not fulfill the basic amenities hotel is offering, there is a continuous problem of water in hotel room washrooms and problem of electricity also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.Had the worst experience staying there for 4 days. The hotel didnt had HOT water or continous running water. The owner was horrible to deal with and didnt provide any hospitality.
AVOID THE PLACE FOR ANY FUNCTIONS.

The owners, Yadav brothers were very disrispectful towards us
The hotel didn't have running water , the staff kept pestering us for the full payment in advance even tho we were staying for 5+ days
Won't recommend Kishan Hotel to anyone who's looking for a nice , comfortable stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the MOST horrible experience. What kind of an hotel doesn't have running water in the bathroom. What kind of hotel doesn't provide HOT water during chilling winters of UP. Answer is -> Kishan Hotel.
Despite multiple requests by my family, the owner of the hotel was least bothered to fix the water. In fact he said and i Quote. -> This is what i have, please adjust. I don't think the guy should be in Service industry.
The manager - Rana is really professional and a nice guy. Kudos to him for handling the situation well. I hope he gets a better Job in a better hotel. He deserves it.
Please avoid the hotel- drive a couple of more KM's either way and you can find much better option.
