I went to return some unused material in packed and same condition as was delivered to me.Initially they bluntly refused.But after lots of persuation they refunded the amount after 4-5 days that too after deducting 20% of total amount.Now a days when company's like Amazon,Flipcart etc are taking back material from home in case one does not need it with full refund,such approach of patna kart was not proper and customer friendly.
