I had brunch with my mom and dad on 26th Dec '21. I had heard a lot about Hyatt's Sunday special brunch, so we decided to go for it. Turns out, it was way more enjoyable and the variety of food one gets, keeping you craving for more. Our personal attendant Priya did a phenomenal job in looking after us. She was very attentive and active throughout. For instance, my father needed a particular dish to be less spicy and she personally took it up with the chef to prepare it.
And what can I say about Chef Hardeep. He is as charming as he was before in our previous experiences. He always make sure that he put an extra effort to go above and beyond to look after the needs of a customer. My father is agreat fan of vegetable clear soup, and I bet you, no one can prepare better than Chef Hardeep. Even though it was not present on the menu, he personally took it upon himself and prepared fresh soup for my family.
It might sound repetitive, but I would definitely visit Kitchen@95 because of their exquisite service and dedication towards their customer.

The raw chicken quality was very poor while the chef has done a very good job of trying to cover up the deficiencies of the raw chicken

β β β β β Finally able to review remarkable kitchen of ludhiana as it has a reputation, I found satle flavors mostly foreigners board Hyatt so , if you are looking for Desi strong taste so forget that.. must try elite balance made by chef to fullfill taste harmony. Mostly I had South Indian delicacies n I ate all tea cakes , I hardly like Punjabi stuff like kulcha n prantha, I already explained why... ? . I had lunch too which was tasty too . My overall experience was good n matched to give it a 5 star ratings as per experience.
