★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food tasted ever all over India. Too costly and this restaurant cheats on home deliveries. Only one fourth quantity was delivered.worst tasteless food. Even the hotel staff are rude. I will never again order or eat from this restaurant. Also will ask all my friends and their families not to order from this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered for home delivery. The food preparation took quite long. The Bengali Mutton Biriyani was almost uneatable. It is not a Bengali biriyani, the rice quality was very bad, the spices are all wrong, it was a nightmare to eat it. The mutton curry was borderline tolerable. Also, I couldn't find any fish in the fish cutlet. I am never going to have food from this restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Chicken Mughlai Paratha. The food was completely uncooked. They overcharged me according to quality of the food. My stomach is now aching after eating this, uncooked maida. Really unsatisfied and regretting after placing this order in Kitchen Dak Bangla through Zomato. Please avoid the food, to keep up your health. Uncooked food is dangerous especially during this ongoing pandemic along with other sorts of diseases, all around.
This restaurant is not even worth one star!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One authentic restaurant for Bengali cuisine. Small place for dining, so better to order over phone and get it delivered at home. Lot of typical Bengali snacks available, apart from main dishes. Chicken Kabiraji is a must try item but one portion to be shared by two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behavior of the staff or who received the phone call is very much rude...he doesn't interested in the order you given...and don't answer a single question clearly.
We ordered mutton curry from here...that time they told there are 4pieces of mutton but they send there are only 2 pieces..and the gravy is pathetic,very smally,that time we call them again but they told that the restaurant is closed complain on swiggy.
I am very much disappointed after see the mutton item they send....guys it's horrible experience and this is like you throw your money in dustbin.very worst restaurant,very rude behavior of stuffs... anyone please don't order food from kitchen dak banglo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Must try there prawn malai curry and mutton kosha. Especially all bongosontan away from there home, this place is to be tried at least once. Extremely cordial staff. It was really sweet of the owner that he brought prawns just to serve us when it was not in stock and we where also served rosogolla as complementary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience I have ordered mutton kosha from swigy the test is very bad before I order I asked them how many pieces they told me ,4 pieces but the send me only 3 pieces the test is similar very bad fish curry .and the restaurant staff who is bengoli very rude when I call him he told me restaurant close you complaint swigy and he cut the phone. Pls don't order them if you want good bengali food order from bong adda or bongo byanjan
