★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I recently had bought many items, including an orpat alarm clock. Unfortunately one out of the two knobs were missing. I went back a day after and told them about the knob.They offered to help but exchanged the clock with an old one.I could easily identify it due to the scratches on the glass and back as well.I told them that wasn't the clock i had given them to repair ,but they forcefully started arguing that they were giving me the same clock.They including the two men and a girl(assistance) kept repeating,"are madam ye toh apne hi diya na hume." They acted like nothing happened.This shows their poor customer service and cheating mentality.
