★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service as per the commitment. I paid 5800 for new connection with 2 cylinders without stove. Got 2 cylinders with regulator and pipe after 1 day. Really appreciate the service as per the commitment. Thanks all ?

They behave as if they distributing cylinders for free..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE GETTING NEW CONNECTION. The delivery guy ask for Rs 40 to 50 delivery charges everytime. Even though it is included in the bill and there is no mention of delivery charges on the bill. The delivery guys are bunch of goons and keep threatning if charges not paid. Many times they will not even delivery and then we have to visit there depot to take the delivery ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently shifted to chinnapanahalli vinayaka layout near alpine Eco apartment. I want to transfer my connection from JN ENTERPRISE to Kk gas agency. Does this agency deliver to this place? Do they accept transfer request in their office in marathalli?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told that this office only deals with new or industrial lpg connection. The person at the desk referred my to their other office near Sakra World Hospital for transferring my indane LPG connection which was done on the same day. Appreciate their help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From marathalli overbridge to HAL this agency is not provide it's service. Near Sakra World Hospital agency opened another branch. It was nice experience after directly talk with owner. Due to bad review I just want to check how it is ? Experience was pathetic with new one old one is good in conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have raised refill request couple of times. It simply closes with remark that 3 attempted delivery failure and never got delivered. Every time have to go and chase delivery guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for adress change and the behaviour of all 3 staffs are horrible.not only to me but also to other members they behaving rudely and showing their dogmatic nature.Its very pathetic as they behaving badly to senior persons available at that time.
