★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location on new airport road Charholi...Bank, ATM, Hotels, Market etc are near to society in 200 mtr range... Cooperative society members....Well developed roads... Management is good... Services - Light, water, garden, common parking, internal roads, security, house keeping, tata sky/airtel fiber service...But when it comes to people very worst, not disciplined...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writting this review after spending 5+ years, as an owner in this housing society. There is no common society formed for all buildings. Society looks clean, but when it comes to people it becomes worst. Many young boys (gunda in nature) have started their own gang, with full support from their families and from the body of society. I recommend to avoid this area of Pune as much as possible. There are better options towards Hinjewadi and Kharadi.
