★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fraud company just for the sake of a few pennies. I had bought their chimney in 2018 with 5 years guarantee and its motor stopped working on 9-Nov-20. I have raised a complaint and their person visited on 10-Nov-20 who issued Rs 350 slip for visiting & inspection charges. Charges paid but no resolution done till today 19-Dec-20 despite 15-20 reminders through phone calls and WhatsApp.
I would like to suggest that no one should not purchase any of the Kkolar products because they have a very Pathetic Aftersale Service and they do not obey their Guarantee Card. Customer care people are illiterate and arrogant who does not have a sense of customer care means there is no customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a hob in this year and one burner is not working. So, I called to the customer care and they asking money to replace but it still in guarantee period. So I'm suggesting to all people please don't buy any product from kkolar. Their product quality is completely 3rd class and if you tried to repair they will ask you more money.
