★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Onna Sadhya by KKP is a complete disappointment. Items listed were not delivered and as per quantity mentioned. The quality was not as per expectations for the charge levied
Items not delivered Bananas, Shakaravarti. Items short supplied payasam only 300 ml instead of 600 ml, Avial only one pack of around 250 ml.
For Rs. 1485 .00 for 3 meals it's absolute waste of money.
When I called Mr. kumar Pillai to inform, he was extremely rude and arrogant on the phone . He says that people don't complain if they get extra packets but call up the moment there are items short supplied. Just goes to show how badly managed his business is . Have not seen such rude business man in my life
It's best to avoid such restaurants and not order Onna sadhya from him.
He does not realize the fact that he gets only one opportunity to win over a customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst malls I have visited. Absolutely pathetic planning. Entry - Exit is not as per standards. For some extra money, they have allowed Croma to extend into walking area. Lifts are very slow and only 1 lift from parking to top floor. God forbids, but if in case of fire, very few will be able to escape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ R-mall is located on the ever busy Ghodbunder road, near Manpada area. Being away from the densely populated residential localities results in less footfalls at the mall. One may find the place deserted most of the time. So many of shops are closed. But this gloomy ambience should not spoil your shopping experience. As many good options for shopping are available in the mall. In the basement is the paid parking lot. On the top floor is the food court and amusement centre for kids. Evening onwards it's difficult to reach to the Mall due to increased traffic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to visit for shopping, eating and studying (Crossword). This place has everything from small shops having decorative items to large shopping centres such as More Megastore, Croma , Brand Factory and much more. It has KFC, MCD and it's own food court.

It feels like it's was made for some commercial complex than converted into mall.
And now few stores also closed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is on good location. Having good varieties of South Indian food. Staff is nice and supportive. Fast order and fast delivery. There are some things which I don't like. The food was okay not so great as I expected. Prices are okay because it's inside the mall.
