★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there. Once you go, You have to pay for the Diagnosing charges which are very high. Every local laptop repair shop does that for free. In that price my laptop got repaired in a local shop with warranty. They add unnecessary charges in the quotations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my laptop repaired here in Feb end of 2022. The price for repair of my Dell laptop was 9K including 2K for data recovery, 2K for OS installation and 4K approx. for hard drive replacement. I had original Win7 home premium installed on my laptop and original paid version of MS Office 2007. Inspite of taking 2K for OS installation, they loaded cracked version of Win7 with updates switched off, and also a cracked version of MS Office 2010. After a month of using the laptop, I got error message that the Win7 OS version is not genuine. I had to manually key in the original product key to activate Win7. I also uninstalled cracked version of MS Office 2010 and re-installed MS Office 2007 using my original CD. Certain MS .Net components were also not installed by them as a result of which I faced issues operating my printer. Several drivers were also not installed. I had to call them twice to fix issues. I don’t recommend going to this place. For the price they charge and the trouble they give, not worth it. Please visit local repair shop instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not expecting this service from this authorized Dell service store.
The mouse popped up on the second day after receiving from the store after a month long gap.Now after one month, the battery is not getting charged. Either charging point has any issue or charger itself or within the battery, there is a fault. I am out of Mumbai, it's not easy to visit the same place just for repair service.
Is there any possibility to get spare chager or battery to be replaced as soon as possible otherwise I would be unable to use this laptop till first week of December.
I am very disappointed with this service performance from an authorized Dell service center. Disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service for Bose Products. They repaired my product last year and charged me 5000 for it after keeping it for 2 months. The product broke again within 6 months. I submitted the product for repair again and they kept it for 1.5 months this time and after they returned my product , it had a new problem which did not exist before. Now I have submitted my product the third time to them and have received no update about the problem or solution. Horrible place. Buy a new speaker but do not go here
