★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no problem in cleaning rooms and other things. The only and biggest problem is food. Most of the time, food is not available on time, we got fed aloo ki sabzi for more than 3 months, except on sundays. The behavior of the boys who cook is also very bad and ill mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this PG is very responsible and he personally come to solve any problem. But the staff of the mess consider themselves very superior person as we guys always talks nicely to them. They are rude to boys whenever they comes to eat food and yells as if we are small kids.
I guess the owner should consider this review as i am writing this after so many of my pg mates have told me all these things in last few weeks.
Overall i will say the owner looks after pg very well, he purchase good quality grocery.....but because of the mess people, few boys change their pg.
Kuljeet bhai look into this review and consider this as a review by about 7-8 boys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying here since past 3 years..locality is good,Owner Mr.Kuljeet Sejwal is responsible towards tenants.and most important food,filter water with water cooler,wifi etc every facility given are properly maintained.everyday Rooms are cleaned. Overall this Pg ( KNB ) is excellent..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here during my drop year. The rooms are small but than they are doing business. Singlets, doublets, A.C. rooms , rooms with cooler, almost every type of room they have. Mess food is like mess ?. The cook used to prepare food in very unhygienic conditions. Electricity bill will be separate. IGNOU road was at a 10 min walking dist. Saket centres of Madeasy was close. All in all you can consider staying here.

Very near to made easy and Ace academy as well!
Food menu will be changed every month ,so food is good, the kitchen will maintained cleanly , RO water 24/7, cooler in all rooms, wifi , newspaper are available!
Rooms will cleaned every two days and hence good hygiene is maintained!
Any problem if u have in the room, the owner takes care to clear the problem,
Owner is very good and student friendly!
So, without a second thought u can join the pg! It's a safe place too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service provided by mr. Kuljeet. I lived there almost 6 months during covid pandemic.
No complaint about food quality but sometimes you'll get shortage of food if you reach late to meal time. The owner is friendly if you have any complaint you can directly contact him and he will come personally to meet you and short-out the problem whatever you have but most of time they took almost few days or sometimes a week so be careful about your complaint if it's critical.
The range of Rent is about - 7500 - 8500 (excluding light bill, per unit charge ₹10)
Type of sharing - double (8500 each)/(no balcony) & Four (7500/8500)/(common bathroom, with balcony)
Service - Cooler, geyser, mirror, chair, study table, almirah.
Meal - 2 time tea(not tasty) & 3 time meal ( check your meal plate before you take from canteen) (opinion - you should wash your plate by yourself if you like hygienic)
Laundry - Near the PG there are many laundries available for clothes cleaning.
Institute - IGNOU made easy (15 mint walking distance)
Saket made easy (2 mint walking distance)
Transportation - Saket metro (8 mint walking distance)
Taxi or rikshaw (5 mint walking distance)
Books center - 2 to 4 book centre available nearby
Main Market - for anything (10 mint walking distance)
