★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are helpful people, but giving 1* bcoz they are more expensive than the retailers who might be near your house. I bought Gorilla fans which were model renesa+ and they sold it to me for INR 3900 the same thing when i found out from another retailer they were selling the same thing for INR 3700 inclusive of everything (gst, warranty, bells and whistle). had tried to negotiate but they wouldnt budge. wouldnt recommend them to anyone for the pricings.
p.s. they r both the same owners.
