★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the attraction on the mall road... Before this there was a shopping complex over there known as 'nrona'.. when it is opened people will started going in it.... But as time passed no one is ready to go inside because there was nothing left behind in it..... But now it is opened again with a restaurant as well as some more thing so you can again go there... The restaurant name is 'khan baba'....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only few stores are open here such as Vishaal, red tape, khaan baba, and some budget cafes. parking of cars is a problem as I didn't see any underground parking for cars (for bike there an underground space) cars are parked on the periphery of the mall. Lots of improvements needed here

This place is finally starting up again. Although it cannot be compared with Z Mall but it has found a unique way of targeting an audience looking for products at very competitive prices. I heard that soon more stores are opening. Let’s hope for the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the oldest shoping complex of kanpur where you all types of brand like nomadic, mufti, mc. Donald's, pizza hut, etc., but now all these brands get close due to some policies issues.
But now a days this mall is mainly used for offices and two brands are running one is food restaurant ie., Khan baba and other is footwear brand ie., Red tape.
