I have joined their club in March 2021 and took 1 year membership after doing classes for 1 month gym was closed due to COVID then in July government again asked to open the gym but knockout fight club has never informed us that when they will going to open the gym even after asking from them they have not confirmed the date when they are opening the gym again, then in July when everyone started to ask their money back as they were not proving the status when they will going to open then they started the classes in a park called as NCR park just make everyone quite and make their group restricted so that no can message them about their refund, almost 2 months we did the classes in park without any equipment hats off to coach Abhishek who managed the classes without any equipment’s, 2 months crossed then they have installed bags in open area which was still fine but my other girls batchmates were not comfortable in doing outdoor exercises as the crowd used to come in that park was not good… I was keep continuing the classes in that park only doesn’t matter if it is raining outside, it cold outside or it is heat outside as we were left with no option
In nov and Dec as well we are working out outside in the park at 6:30 Am due to which some people got sick as well but knockout never showed any concern about their clients health even from July till now Their academy is in the park only and they stopped the classes again till January, they just know how to take money and don’t provide any service
Such a bad experience with knockout,,,,, after my package is over I will never going to join it back or never suggest anyone to knockout because they are not professional in their business upon asking any question they just know how to block restrict people from asking questions.
Here I am attaching some screenshot of their behavioural issue how they baldy they treat their clients.
They have again resume the classes from 5 January and they promised to have an indoor session this time but knockout manager Rakesh and mann again started the classes in an open ground check out my all screenshots you will get to know how unprofessional knockout club is

I am going to NCR sports ground for tranning and in my opinion this place is very best for tranning specially best for running and trainer specially nagender singh chauhan sir is very professional in his work he is a professional boxer himself. If anyone want to try MMA, BOXING or want a good fitness must visit this place.
