★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will never recommend them for any functions. They are fraud and liars. We painfully regret hiring knockout as our event manager for our wedding. It was completely disaster. To begin with, the manager who initially behaved very well and agreed on delivering the kind of work we wanted, for which we made every detail clear through excel sheets and ppts that we prepared and shared with him he wanted 70% advance and we paid him. As the date got closer to the wedding he started acting funny and was completely unavailable prior to the wedding. He was only available 2-3 days before the wedding where he was still unsure of what was to be delivered this guy didn’t even read the files we sent. One day before the wedding he asked for more money and fought over it. since we were really frustrated with his attitude and lack of any preparation we asked him to return the money so we could hire another vendor at last moment, to which he refused. So we had to go with him. When the work started we were devastated with the difference of what he promised and what was being delivered. Firstly he didn’t delivered half of what we asked. Secondly, every single bit of decor he did was sub standard, cheap and pathetic. Nothing was as per theme or colour. Things like drapes we’re torn, props were broken, and unlike anything we had asked for. He was blindly did whatever he wanted to do which had no similarity. With what was finalised. They made my most beautiful day into my worst day ever. As the memories my family gonna have are these. He was not sorry at all. And came again at day of wedding asking for money. His manager blackmailed us or they’ll remove the structure. I want everyone to see this and not give them your work to make it worst. Lately we got to know that they don’t have decoration material they hired someone else to do my work and all the time before he was saying he has in-house production for this. At end I want to said they are fraud and liars. Don’t trust on their sugar coated talks. They are wolf with sheep mask. Will never recommend to any one. Shame on you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go for this wedding planners(Knockout Weddings) , i am writing this review with such a disheartening situation, my friends wedding for called off due some unforeseen situation. While we discussed the same with the planner there was no courtesy or any regards from them. All the regards and courtesies are only till the time they wanted to mint money from us. In this situation we requested for atleast sum or partial amount to be credited back to us, because the flowers which they use are 70-80% artificial only 20-30% original flowers are used. The point is if they use artificial flowers that never gets exhausted or decade. So it is not a great loss for the planners and moreover if they are running a business they should also learn and have some business ethics and have some goodwill courtesies in place to help and have that long lasting experience with the clients. This is a Unproffessional behaviour displayed, and by not entertaining the client on the tuff times is not how you do business and we will definitely not recommend any one to use their services.

Knockout planners and their team are extremely professional and what I loved about their work was they have a wide range of decor ideas with them. Be it floral and royal!! They have all the solutions. The vibes created through their decor is amazing and the mood it set is outbounding. You just need to give them roughly idea about your taste and they give you all the solution. That what define knockout and their team are the best wedding planners. You can literally go for any function and trust me, you won't be disappointed at all #Team_knockout_always_rock ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend Akash Deep's marriage supposed to be on 08th Feb, was called off due to last minute unfavourable turn of events so he had cancelled the arrangements on 06th Feb.. But it seemed there was little or no understanding of the situation by the planner. It seemed as if service start and end once they have money.
Practically speaking there is a way to understand support the customer by paying back partial or some money given the fact that the flowers which they use are 70-80% artificial and only 20-30% natural flowers are used. So the natural flowers arranged by them are useless and we understand that but the artifical one's are still of their use. So it is not a great loss for the planners and moreover if they are running a business they should an ethical approach and try to gain goodwill wherever they can but it seems long term business is something they are not interested in. This is an unprofessional behaviour displayed, and by not entertaining the client during desperate situations is not how you do business and we will definitely not recommend anyone to use their services.
