Lack of proper toilet facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for the Warehouse department of Knorr Breams’, Faridabad under Alok Garg. I joined as a fresher in this company and I wanted to share my experience. I have never seen such an unprofessional and uneducated person like Alok Garg in my life. He never left a single chance to use Abusive language with me in Office. Though I communicated this to HR and most of the people in Management, no one helped me at all. I was helpless to work in the company till the time I got a new job. I could not resign without getting a good Job.
Everyone inherits family values from their parents. It is possible that Alok Garg’s parents have given him these values but my parents’ have not taught me abusive language. I had an option to leave the company so I left. I feel shame for his kids to whom he must have brought up with abusive language and with a negative environment.
People like Alok are responsible for creating a negative environment in professional life and forcing people to make wrong decisions in their life.
I have seen companies with such a negative and abusive environment to fall from height very soon and I know this is going to happen with Knorr Breams’e if Alok Garg will be there.
I wish that God gives all employees strength to work in such an abusive environment. I will not recommend any of my friends to even think about this company.
