★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional owner and staff. They don't value customer's time. They distributed pamphlets going door to door and collected money for their offer but when you go to claim services from that offer, you are hardly going to get a quality service. I booked an appointment 2 days prior and they told me to come at 12. Later when I reached there they told me that it will take time and to come at 3. They also said to take some paid services as well along with the offer. Staff doesn't know how to talk to the customer's. Very bad experience. Just wanted to collect money for their so called offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. They had sold few services card in 2021 to customers. The card had a lot of services free on it if we buy that card which could be used within a period of 1 year. Whenever we would call them to book the appointment, they would say, we have less staff, it’s wedding season, Corona(which we understand)n stuff. Today I again called up and the lady(the owner) picked up and when I told her I have to avail card services as it’s the last day. She said the same thing, less staff n stuff and then added why are you calling on the last day. Why didn’t you avail it before. But forgot that she only refused everytime we called up to take the appointment. I asked her if she could extend the card expiry for 2-3days on which she said why should I extend and if you don’t avail the card services in a year, it’s not my concern. But who will explain her that she is the one who would always refuse. I told her that they are looting their customers on which she said yes if that’s what you feel. Anyway finally she denied to the appointment and also to extend the expiry date.
Also I would like to mention here is that the last time when I had called her, for the appointment for one of the services of facial from the card, she was ready to take the appointment and the moment I mentioned that it’s for the card service, she denied to take the appointment that day and asked us to come the next day. And yes the services ain’t poor(not good either) but the owner herself needs be behave and treat her customers well.
