★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Project is Good but there is lot of confusion about the Phase 1 Kingsway;
The Builder cheated on the buyers saying it will have direct access to bt kawde road.
There is litigation for access to BT Kawde Road.
The road inside is very unsafe there is illlegal liquor factory which keeps all the premises unsafe for women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kohinoor Presidentia It's a beautiful project with good amenities, decent carpet area for 2 &3 bhk's excellent connectivity to all nearby areas like Camp, koregaon park,Magarpatta,Amanora,Fatima nagar, wanowrie. Solapur highway is just 5 minutes drive all your daily domestic needs are at 10 mins walking distance.One must definitely visit the project if looking for a residence will all amenities in a good vicinity.

Spacious flats and best floor plans
All amenities are there
Location is central to many main locations in Pune
Construction quality is good
Staff is friendly and gives all information.
Supriya ma'am who is heading this project guided us properly to finalize the flat.
DP road is also sanctioned so multiple ways to reach the project will be possible in future.
