★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They service your vehicle before time or on expected time however the behavior of the team is non- educated and non-cooperative . They never open on time . I own an apache 160 4v and the service i experienced is just okay. If you wish to buy a tvs vehicle make sure you buy it from some other tvs showroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 2 - I hate to say but the service here is awful, they don't take care of your vehicle, every time you five them the vehicle, New scratches here and there, just don't come here for the service.
A great satisfaction comes from great dealer, and kohinoor tvs has followed that. I am very happy that I purchased my vehicle from there. Service is also good, but too much time consuming. Overall experience was great.
Update 1- I hate to say this but if you want good care of your vehicle, just don't come here, get service by anyone else but not here, they lie to customers, take too much time for petty issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I went in October 2020, they did poor servicing. None of my problems was solved. Prior to that they did okay job. Their Manager, Shishir speaks very rudely as though he is doing some kind of a charity by talking to people who have their AMC made, first he coaxes people to make AMC by making false promises and then he turns turtle.There is a way to talk wth customers...people who do not know that, should and would learn this lesson. Even though an AMC is made, but to hell with it. I wont go to such a bad place where such disrespectful men are hired. I ll make sure i ll spread the word around on all mediums of social media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went today to see the Jupiter model but the staff was very unprofessional, really a very bad experience as a customer, the person named Arif Qureshi did not gave the details of Jupiter properly and nor described the specifications, hope the staff works upon the customer service.

delivery experience worst than anyone could expect.
Staff very rude. They don't have proper knowledge of their own product and they just don't bother to give a great delivery experience.
I did make up my mind that I would buy Apache 200 4v bs6 and at that time It was only available at there showroom otherwise I would not have purchased the bike from them.
I dont recommend anyone to buy Tvs two wheelers from them.
