★ ★ ★ ★ ★ join with bhim, upi such type of cashless app or start net banking, mobile banking to give fast service to customers. unless bank will vanish in todays compitative time. because bank servise is not so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bank. no help desk... pathetic environment. Take too much of time for a particular transaction. I think they should change the staff as well as should adopt new laws and policies for the different banking facility.
Also, the banking law says that if you want to transfer the D.D. or cheque the name should be the same as of any other bank account . But these people gave me wrong D.D. with spelling mistake (yes somewhat my mistake was also there but they are more eligible than me) and saying no worries it will get cleared. These people dont have sympathy on the poor people to help them.

Today I done RTGS from Rukadi branch not succeed but still charged me fees Rs 24/-
If demand for cheque book you have wait for 2/3 hours in branch. If ask for update passbook their machine is always out of service or nobody available on spot.
Third class services. For withdrawal of big amount you have to inform bank before one day or more.Worst bank with worst staff.
Soon closing account from this third class bank

The bank has opened a account in its lingnur branch in the name of "Navbharat magasvargiya audhyogic sahakari sanstha maryadit, arjuni, kagal based on Fake documents provided by Shashikant kamble posing as chairman and due this fake account i am duped of 10,00,000 and despite of providing all the original documents to bank based on RTI , the bank has not taken action against Shashikant kamble, neither they reply to my mail.
