★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My balcony on the 11th floor is a decent sized area that is open to sky. I wanted to cover the same in a manner that would stop the rain water but allow sunlight.
Before I involved Kolte Enterprises, I already had a structure that left me unsatisfied. It did not stop rain water from entering the balcony, stopped the sunlight (due to accumulation of dust), and shook violently.
Sandeep, Suyesh, and the entire team of Kolte Enterprises (special mention: Akash, Rajkumar, Raju, Karan) were exceptional in their professionalism, attention to detail, and courtesy. The final product has generated multiple enquiries from my neighbors and also from the builder.
Typically, I seldom write reviews. However, the quality and punctuality of the product has forced me to provide this feedback. I wholeheartedly recommend Kolte Enterprises for any work that requires covering of an overhead area.

Quick response after posting enquiry through their website and also visited the place to take measurements to estimate cost and provided suggestions on which type of awning is suitable. Cost also was reasonable and awning was ready as per the given delivery date. Other providers were just giving estimate without visiting the place and their quoted cost was also high.

Ensured that all the society related instructions are followed while bringing the materials to the location, work was done beautifully, post completion everything was cleaned spic and span, all the skilled labours wore mask before entering the premise, bill was provided after the payment diligently. Overall a great experience with Kolte Enterprises for awning work done on my balcony.
