★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has gone from bad to worse and is highly eveideny from the cancellation of no of services when compared to it's earlier times. Buses not well maintained, pathetic service, less punctual. Would not dare to book my journey ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked tickets from Vijayawada to Bangalore ,contact no is switched off just 25 min before the boarding time. . Very irresponsible .. The poor passengers still trusted them .. Not attending the passengers calls , clear sign of negligence .please don't book on this travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komitla vijayawada are very irresponsible. They can't even lift the phone and answer to the call. I m trying to call them. From. Half n HR its saying busy busy.....
Komitla bus got repaired but they not informed the traveller before the time..
Because they have to refund the amount know...
That's y ?
To arrange the other bus they take 5 to 6 hrs
Traveller who do plans for the next day they have to scarifise for them..wat the hell...
I won't go for komitla from next time. This is the last time. ????

I reserved my ticket from nellore to vijayawada morning 3am i have a bus.. As per my booking they sent driver number. Driver said no pick up in nellore. i contacted komitla Higher authority. They simply said by mistakenly it had booked. If it possible u can cacel sir when I contacted them. They not given any information regarding this before. See the type of maintenance and response. I should ho by morning it self. They are informed me at around 2.30 that to when I contacted them....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many have pointed out, the number provided by GOOGLE won't work. You would be stranded near the stop wondering whether the bus would come or not. The operator never bothers to call you until it is about 300 meters from the stop near you. You don't even have the chance of knowing the location of the bus. Please avoid the bus if you have an option.
