★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avoid renting flats here, people here are discriminatory and rude , we lived here for about 11 months and tried to be nice and friendly with people in this housing society, the society secretary said to us that since i was a bachelor male the society has now come up with a new rule that they will not allow male bachelors to rent flats in the society, i asked why this is a problem now and not before and if i have done anything wrong that attracted such measures they said there was nothing wrong from my side and its societies decision, so i advise all who want to rent flat here stay clear even though you might not be a bachelor but a housing society making such abrupt decisions without any incident is a place you would not enjoy living in .
Generalization of people based on there marriage status is such a cheap and low class mentality and this is one such example that people here are infected with such mentality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the biggest USP is space offered fr 2 and 3bhk, I think it is the largest compared to any other societies close by. Construction quality is good. Semi furnished with ACs, modular kitchen, geasers. Security is good as well. The location is close to Magarpatta.
