- All Fake promises made during the sale and once purchase/registration complete : we saw the ground reality (irresponsible sales staff , admin staff)
e.g. Possession date communicated was 6 months now its been 2.5 years and still no clarity on Possession date.
- Not committed to timelines / RERA Possession date
- No Monthly News Letter
- No Clarity on completion date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service, I have never regretted more. IF YOU CALL THEM THEY SAY YOU SHUD HAVE DROPPED A MAIL.IF YOU MAIL THEM YOU NEED TO SEND REMINDERS FOR A RESPONSE . THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL THAT THEY ARE WRONG ALL THE TIME. THEY EQUATE THEMSELVES TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND NOW I KNOW WHY I AM being treated like a credit card customer. They seem to have rules for their convenience. Worst when you talk about the commitment made for possession they tell us the sob story of ko afk not making any profits. What about the customer losses. Horrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff from Konark Virtue is really not responsive I really getting frustrated. When u call them they said He is talking to someone else he asked to wait for his reply but they never reply. And never send updated status of the building construction. They just send demand letter that's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We belive we have certainly made a blunder by owning a home with Karia Builders, no updates on call or by email. Sales team is clueless their answer for possession is always current month + next 4-6 months, finance team is the only team seems to be in touch with customers by asking the demand letters or dues. We were promised rentals and that was too stopped. We are paying for emi and rent. There is no concerete date till now or any offical communication, may be because they think its the customer who is at fault?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad decision of my life that I planned to buy my first home in Konark virtue. Not professional at all,invested in 2019 but still waiting for the keys. Other builders who started their project in 2019 already started giving the possession, but this builder is still giving reason of COVID19. Their is no team who will respond to your call if you want any information you will have to visit the site. There you will only get one answer and that is "By next month you should get your possession" but they will not forget to send you demand letter or late fee penalties on email and don't expect any revert from them. BUY OR INVEST AT YOUR OWN RISK. THANKYOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why they are even 3.5 star rated, useless sales team with no vision on the delivery dates. All the builders across the area have delivered the flats on time ( max 6months delay), but the committed date ( Diwali 2020) for Virtue is still under carpet. Same sob story of Corona, no one is bothered of the losses of the owners.
