★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Swati kamble madam is very good and co-operative, humble and explain all the things very good and treats everyone same, But the staff at reception in morning shift is very very rude, Speaks very louder and rude specially the old lady at reception. Would recommend this center but not before 3 pm, plz take your appointments after 4:00 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idiots are working... Here.. Just making and setting fancy Name plate does not works... People don't know basic work ethics.... My experience... Went for USG SONOGRAPHY.... charges 1000/- card payment +2% and 100/- rupees for reports and report on xerox quality paper, they do not have any idea what is USG and the joke was that if you don't want report they would give the USG SONOGRAPHY REPORT in writing , this was a joke and that too with almost zero investment... I really had to leave the place in frustration ...All you guys reading this comment... Please donot visit this centre... Unless you have self respect or you like to insult your self... Please visit Reliable diagnostic Centre... One of best.... Address Shop No1 Plot No 5 Kausar Baug Society, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411048. Near ZAM ZAM HOTEL ...I'm attaching the screenshot of payment so if some people think I'm one of the member of reliable that's wrongly

xray machine operator was not there for an hour,when asked to call him and ask how much more time he will take,she said wait till 30 min and then enquire,
what kind of attitude is this,very uncooperative and pathetic behaviour by the receptionist.i request you to take action against the receptionist

I went for my dad x ray,my dad condition is very weak he cant even stand bcoz of weakness,reception mam name pathan,she told me to wait for 30 min bcoz the guy called vaibhav x ray machine operator was not available
When 30 min time was over I asked again she said that guy is not receiving call,she behaved very rudely with me and was very very uncooperative
I dont understand like lab field how can they go out during office hour time without any alternative,
Then i started to check reviews,everyone mentioned about receptionists behavior as very rude and uncooperative.
1 guy mentioned that he waited for 2 hours.
I request to bring this matter to the concerned seniors notice and hope for change in the staff.
