I have purchased three lifts but not at all satisfied with the staff behavior they only think about there intrest only and cooperate zero persent with the client .I very much regret that I purchased kone lift so I suggest each and every one plz never go for kone lift otherwise you too will have to regret like me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lift is not being serviced in time. The service records are not being shared. Also no covid time safety precautions are being followed.
I opted for Kone to have piece of mind with respect to timely maintenance of the elevator, but to my regret and surprise, service is not being taken seriously by Kone.
