★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were drawn to this property because of the village theme that they have planned. And when we visited the site , it was so heavenly and serene. We also visited their forest trail which was just so exciting . Definitely recommended for a 2 nd home. And we are very happy that we have made our choice. Thanks konkan trail team for such good hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuleaf's "The Konkan Trail" Project location is very tranquil and scenic atop the hill surrounded by mountains and lush green forest.
Nearest beach is aroud 8 kms and can be reached within 20 mins.
Good selection of amenities are planned for the project and we could see good developements during our next visit in short span.
Konkan Trail teams' processes are very well defined and transperent..Right from the virtual tour, brouchers, project layout and location information till registration and handover.
The legal documentations are well- organized and made available.
Virtual tour gave good idea about the project and actual site visit helped in finalizing the plot selection..
They make your site visit a wonderful experience, lunch, refreshments are being taken care of..I enjoyed the site visit along with my family.
The Konkan Trail Team is always there to help clarify your doubts..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ · Last year I had booked a farm house plot in Konkan trail.
· Today I visited to see the progress of the project.
· They informed that more than 60 % plots have been sold.
· Their tie up with a Bangkok company is in final stage. They are constructing an international standard resort on 10-acre land of the Konkan trail out of 51 acres. Plinths of the cottages of this resorts can be seen.
· I have seen the completed 1/2/3 BHK farmhouses from the inside.
· Recently one family enjoyed a week stay in their 3 BHK farmhouse.
· One family is already shifted in their farmhouse four months back.
· I met them. Their feedback is very encouraging. I was eager to know where from they brought the milk and vegetables. It seems no problem for them. They were watching TV serials with Dish TV antenna. What else we need at such isolated place.
· They have installed solar panels to make their farmhouse eco-friendlier. Grid power supply is very well in all houses.
· Water supply to all constructed houses is gravity based due to construction of water reservoir at most elevated place of the project.
· Nilesh, marketing personal is very enthusiastic and coordinates your project visit end to end.
· I have decided the construction of 2 BHK farmhouse plan and plantation plan in my land with the help of a local expert provided by Konkan Trail.
· Atul Jethmalani and Apeksha Kulkarni helped in coordinating my project visit well.
· Wishing best wishes to Konkan Trails Team for completion of project at the earliest as shown in plan.

The sales guys are very warm and are very responsive.
Shital from sales especially made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and helped us wherever she could.
