★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garden area is beautiful but unfortunately there is no tree ir even grass in the area between buildings. The area looks so dry. At least some plants must be provided to enhance the beauty of the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USP of konark river city is that, some of there apartments have good river facing view.However, this river has good flow of water only for 4 to 5 months a year, rest of the months it is completely dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a home for us with a lot of memories in that place. The society is good, rooms are spacious and there is a gym, swimming pool and basket ball ground along with a common room where people can play tennis, carrom and chess. Neat and lovely place.

River view flats are a little expensive. But more than worth it. So close to the city and yet has the best of the natural beauty. Perfect holiday destination
