The account department is really bad I had booked two split aircondition in two different name paid payment by two different account by cheque and they prepared one bill for both aircondition after that their staff talked rudely with me and not ready to give different bills for both aircondition

I went to the store with other offer in my hand for Daikin AC, without any discussion he gave me a better deal. They arranged for bajaj finance last but not the least the installation guyz were very polite and accurate at their work. Thanks to Koolwell.

A thoroughly professional organisation. I placed the order on Friday . Saturday morning the delivery was done . Saturday afternoon the installation complete. Professional service in delivering and installation. Absolutely no room for complaints. Will definitely recommend them to others . Wish all businesses were as professional.

Horrendous service!!! I booked my A/C well in advance and as my house had some work done, we were informed that we can just call 2-3 days before the day we want the A/C delivered and we will get it (this was confirmed many times when I would go to the shop and talk to them). Upon nearing the end of my housework, I called and requested to send the new A/C on April 11th. I also informed them to send a technician to repair my existing A/C. I was informed that the technician will be there in two days. As expected, they sent the technician on Thursday instead of Wednesday and no sign of my new A/C. After completing servicing they left the A/C outside due to some grill work. On telling them this would be done in two hours, they said just call and they will be back. I called them as soon as the grill work was done (in 1.5 hours) only to be informed they will come again tomorrow. I agree to wait the next day and no sign of the technician or my new A/C. Asked about my new A/C which I was supposed to get on Thursday, they said I will get on Friday, Friday also goes by and I don't get it. Then on Saturday I get the A/C delivered at 10pm. Obviously they're not available on Sunday, which means the A/C doesn't get installed for another two days. Now imagine, all this happens while I stay in the exact same building as their shop. When you try to talk to the owner in the shop, they will ask to speak to their receptionist who doesn't have any idea what to do and has not been given any training it seems. If you call, she will always be blank. Instead of transferring my call, she will keep giving me different numbers to call someone else. When asked to speak to the owner, she will again give me someone else's number (and not the owners number). So, in the end, the owner itself doesn't care, then why will their employee. One more irritating instance, I visit the shop to take measurements of the A/C so my contracter could provide the required gap. On taking the measurements hardly two mins back, we wanted to reconfirm the same information and call then up. Instead of giving the phone to the owner with whom I just spoke with, she keeps insisting on knowing my name, number and which A/C I have. I eventually had to raise my voice to get the owner on the phone (Not the first time I had to do in my ordeal with this company).
