I purchased Bluetooth Star AC from Lords Electronics with assurance that the after sales service backing and two free servicing of the unit within one year. They do not have any follow up system, so I personally visited the dealer and registered for service request., on 25thAug, 21.Till 15th there was no response. Somewhere on 16th I again went to the dealer and gave reminder for which they said that they do not have any control on the couch. service dept and hence I wrote on your website. Immediately after that I get a call from company service asking for our address and he attended to our request.
I do not understand why the company should appoint such dealers who cannot assure after sales service for the product bought from them?
