Our function was organised in an ok ok way.
But it's very expensive According to its facilities.
Manager Bobby Singh is an unprofessional person full of attitude.
Staff is uneducated and unprofessional.
As a bride the waiter served me noodles without fork.
He said '' ma'am fork nhi h ''.
Now you can imagine what would they have done with other people in the function.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful wedding venue which is not so well maintained .
Situated on Meerut Bypass near Kankar khera crossing.
Both AC banquet and a Lawn is available, though maximum number of AC were not working on my last visit/experience.
Due to covid19 restrictions my friend only booked banquet but he was fooled in decoration !! As only half of the lights were lit that too late in Entry passage area and no lights were lit of lawns.. which made the venue look dull.
Owners tried to save this way but overall appearance was compromised.
There are 5 AC rooms out of which one room AC was not working, rest rooms were good.
Do check all the things and discuss thoroughly before making a booking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to arrange weddings n other functions with max 1000 capacity(both lawn n hall combined)....Beautiful decoration..n very well maintained....it's on Merut bypass....so easily tracable...parking of about 50 cars ois available...food tastes good too....so overall a satisfying n good experience...must give it a try if you are from nearby areas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with good ambience... Ample amount of space to accommodate around 500 people... That too in lawan... If you are booking full resort... Around 1000 people capacity... Rooms are also good and spacious... Food is nice and on the highway so no problem in finding... Parking is less only 30-50 cars can be done...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food. Pathetic management and extremely delayed service. Menu not same as the one shown while booking. You have to keep running after the staff to keep the food service running properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with kosha resort. Staff works as thiefs. Owner will make false promises with you for booking. They will ask you to deposit complete money before your function. Please do not give complete monet till your function is over. Their attitude suddenly changes as soon as they full money.
