★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need spare parts for your vehicle, they always arrange it for you. The spare parts mam in very senior ans experienced and a wonderful person. Keep patience and order her the part, and you will get it surely. It's better than Harsheel Honda. I really recommend Koshala Honda for above reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an activa 6g dlx from khosala honda on 10th november 2021. firstly,no discount or offer were given, with in 2 days handle got jammed and then petrol speedometer stopped working. after multiple visit to the service center, they informed the speedometer is out of stock after 7 days.. seriously they required 7 days. I feed cheated, quality check is not done while delivery and the service center is useless. they just know how to fool customer. now i am left alone with defective vehicle.please avoid purchasing any vehicle from khosala.

Require more trained to management team.. ie. ettiqute, behaviour, customer handling (for parts management team). teams are not taking followup, not activated, taking very long times for arrange parts. very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for servicing since 5 years. I experienced that management is very poor.My token no was 5 but they took 4 hours to deliver my 2 wheeler (normal servicing)
Before 2 years things were done with in 3 hours.
Better luck koshala ka ghosla

It's better to buy vehicle from other dealers but never ever buy for koshala honda.
They are the worst
They have me the worst delivery experience and also worst service experience.
Everybody in this showroom are just treating their customers like they are slaves . Once you make the full payment of the vehicle, they will never listen to you problems and will never help you. I purchased a bike and I got the worst experience. Today my bike has some manufacturing defects but they are not doing anything about it even after complaining many times. I would rate this showroom 0 star but it's not available.
