An auto driver is going to take you to their office and ask you to book the ticket for AC bus saying that the bus will leave in 10 min
But the bus will leave after an hour and will pick all the other passenger along the way
AC in the bus are useless
The bus is not at all in good condition they have a lot of technical issues bcoz of which the bus took more than 6 hrs to reach delhi from Agra
If u ask the driver and the conductor they will talk in an inappropriate manner and will ask you to talk to the owner
Owner will not pick up the calls and will behave rudely.
All the passenger in the bus complained to the owner but no action was taken after that we complained to the police
No action was taken by the Police officials as well
The bus left from Agra at 6.30 pm and we reached delhi at around 1am
Dont fall in the trap dont book any buses from these fraudsters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst transport company, I suggest never use this transport company.
During my travel today, they mentioned that the bus will start by 4 pm then postponed to 4.30 and the lastly started by 6.30 only. Worst in punctuality. Also the company is hiring some other bus to take their passengers. Seams like they don't have their own bis The person in bus is very rude and we paid for AC fare. But the AC was not at all switched on till the bus reached the highway. All the passengers were sweating in the bus.
When asked with the driver. He then only switched the compressor ON till then only the blower was running.
The driver is very ride and blaming the transport company. When enquired him he started arguing with the passengers. Very worst behavior of the staff in the bus.
Also they didn't fill the fuel before and got the water for them. On the way they are doing all these which ultimately delayed our trip duration.
Kindly don't prefer this company. Better take some other transport bus.
