★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the workshop like old is gold. Very spacious and excellent staff and fast work. But one problem always remains with supervisors attitude is that they ask every time like where did your bike serviced last time if you you go for minor work. Go to there where you serviced bike etc... I didn't understand what's the problem if my bike serviced anywhere hero shop. One more thing is that there is no cashless payment option. Please take it as suggestion to improve your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience. Very nice customer relationship. Staff/Mechanics are professionals. The ease of booking service and payment is very nice.
Also,provides additional facility of 3M paint protection coating at very reasonable price.
Service center really shows why Hero is no.1 brand in two wheelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They want to sell Only, For servicing and parts replacement they are not responsible, taken minimum 7 Days for parts changes. Very Disappointed Service. Only making fool to coustomer. Choose different dealer if want to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhealthy and unhygenic toilet. Toilet is running out of water. Customer lounge AC not working. People washing hands on drinking water cooler.
Overall experience is bad. If you are coming to this service station please ensure that you must have your own drinking water bottle.
