★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kota Nagar Nigam is an example for other similar bodies in the country. This is perhaps the only city in India which is able to provide pure drinking water to the citizens on 24 x 365 hours basis. Although there is ample scope of improvement in the field of cleanliness and E-Governess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the work is manual instead of digital. Totally bureaucratic approach, people can waste 2-3 hours for a work of 15 minutes time. No storage available for old forms submitted by people, just lying on the floor like a garbage dump, gives a very bad impression to visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kota nagar nigam is very big place. Which is just opp.to dussehra ground. Very big place of parking and Very silent and greenish environment. Also Punjab national Bank is in. You can't notice(pnb) by standing in road. If you go in,you find that. buildings are very beautiful and well organized.
