★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this pandemic situation they have forgotten their objectives of providing service facilities to their customers. Ever person who visited needs to wait for atleast 2hours even for SOA . BANK TIMING HAVE BEEN REDUCED TO 4 HOURS I.E 10am to 2pm which includes lunch time for 1pm to 2pm also limited 40 person will be served in a day also after being the only branch for car loan in Ahmedabad district
Waiting place for 2 HOURS is the building lobby near the lift and stairs without fans or ventilation
Each and every customer leaving is frustrated still bank does not bother for its customers
