β β β β β Giving low rating because of one agent who messed up my plans for my daughter future. Issue is escalate in proper escalation hiararchy. Kotak Life insurance may be a good company but one bad experience due to an irresponsible agent can create a long lasting impression. God knows how many like me are facing such issues. My hard earned money which i saved in Covid times for education of my child is at stake now. Even after contacting Uday Kotak twitter, nothing happened. Now i am waiting for IRDAI to help me in mis-sell of insurance policy by the Kotak agent.
Well edited location as it was wrong and number mentioned is disconnected. Adding few photos so people can reach there without getting lost.
