β β β β β I want my all Money back cut from my account towards demate account your exicutive told me that after closing your account you will get your money back but my demate account closed and not get my money yet also i want to close my saving account but you applying unnecessary charges and doesn't closing my account i want my all Money back for else i will file FIR Against your company for mis guiding and doing fraud with me. Very disappointed By Your bank employees and service. I want my all Money back immediately ???

β β β β β I am Veena, an account holder of Kotak. A week back unfortunately I made a wrong transaction via NEFT through e-banking to an unknown account holder from some another bank. I visited them on Thursday and was assisted by Operational Head: Charvi Avlani, the way my problem was tackled was gratifying and great, she has been very humble and nice, helped me in framing a letter and all. And, to my surprise I got my refund just the another day on Friday. I just want to convey my gratitude towards the whole Kotak team and specially Charvi Avlani.

β β β β β The services provided by this bank is equal to or poorer than any govt. bank. You will have to pay premium for services but in return you will get harrassment and nothing else. Their staff is not willing to help you and the relationship manager assigned to you is just for the sake of assigning and he/she won't help you in any case.

They treat customer well but very slow processing time.
It's better to go to SBI if private banks can't hold their standards.

β β β β β I wasted my 2 hour for nothing.. Not ready to listen to customer. the services provided by this bank is worst no help done. They just say go to your main branch then what is the use of kotak bank having branches in different area. Also, biometric not working properly! They also said that the chrome in mobile and laptop version are different just talking nonsense talks... after that I take my laptop there still they didn't do anything.. You will have to pay premium for services but in return you will get harrassment and nothing else.
