β β β β β Worst customer service ever seen in any banks. I felt like I am standing in a local scheduled bank which functions much better as compared to this branch. In the transaction counters only 1 employee was working who was accepting deposits giving payments as well getting the NEFT transactions done as well. It took me atleast 40 mins to get my work done in the bank. The ACs were not working as well so it was damn hot inside.

β β β β β Worst Branch They don't give proper services I asked for KYC to them they said KYC wala is not here nd they gave me wrong no of That KYC person... In bank also they don't communicate properly with you... worst services by this branch..

Your services you offer us is the worst i have ever got.
My worst experience in your ATM.
"I done withdrawal of 2000/-,at jankalyan nagar,malwani,malad west,and i got a TORN NOTE.There is no KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK near by.So i visited another bank to change the note,and they refused me to change,and informed me to visit the bank from which i done my withdrawal.
There is only one bank nearby,which is near infinity mall .So i visited there to change my note.
Is this the TORN NOTE service you guys offer a customer.During this lockdown i have no means of transport to travel.While depositing money you guys check 100 times,do check it at times you deposit in ATM's as well.
I want my travelling expense of 80/-rps,which i suffered for the TORN NOTE.
And request you to check notes while putting it in ATM,so other customers are not suffered like me.
WORST EXPERIENCE.

customer service says that
You get a passbook for 0 account balance just by activating from mobile banking app
Why do you make such terms
You can't stand on them
And it's being said to visit another branch to collect
Why this branch can't provide a passbook???

β β β β β Wanted to make cash deposit, instead they sent me to cash deposit atm for the transaction.
Was happy to help myself bt jst now I have seen deduction of 59 & 62 for making those deposits. Why the hell are you taking salary if u want us to go to deposit machine for the same.

They not even all you to drop in for your querie.. just wanted an update about my passbook but they didn't even allowed to go in and ask about it..
Please look forward into this matter and so some changes and improve your services.

β β β β β Worst Experience Ever, coming for 4 days, for passbook and they say the same thing that machine is not working and sometimes come after 12. And after 12 also they say the same thing.... I am gonna take this issue further
