Account has been closed in Oct 2018 ,haven't heard received my cheque of balance amount in the account.
Visited the branch serval time , logged a complain with call centre, still haven't received any response from the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have created an online 811 account which is for 10000rs transaction while done in a month. So they told the right thing about there terms and condition directly without wasting time so i really appreciate them , the service i quick then other bank, cash deposit , withdrawl. One thing is missing that they should be cashless money deposit which might be cant cause of pandemic, so they will do . And there review system is so cool that they enjoy particular time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say the least, people or staff in this branch are unprofessional and don't seem to be paid well. (They appear as if they have been forced to sit there) Just a pathetic experience!
FYI, the DP Road branch is excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No solution for customer problems. Bakwas bank every time they suggest to either call customer care or suggest to some other address for every problem. Don't open account in Kotak bank and don't do mutual funds in this bank.
